"Photo-painting"
I want to offer the public, of all ages, an immersive experience through my artistic work.
On this website, I have collected a selection of my creations, the result of a composition process using collage, painting, and other artistic techniques on canvas.
I transform my creations over time and make various versions until I have a final version of the artwork, which I then photograph to capture a precise moment before it physically disappears.
And my creation is thus reborn in digital form.
Subsequently, the whole undergoes various computer edits to saturate it with vibrant, contrasting colors, while certain details are (sometimes strongly) accentuated.
This creates a new expression of Light.
This digital creation is then printed on a glossy, metallic support, like a mirror. The result is a unique and original work, risen from its own ashes, in which the reflection of every viewer becomes an integral part of my art.
This rebirth that I impose on my creations stems from the trials I have experienced in my life, from my own rebirth as a human being, as an artist.
My intention is to stimulate the public's imagination, to visually immerse them in my works, so that they can lose themselves in them or find themselves again, for hours on end, and return to them again and again, without ever getting tired of them.
